Concerning childcare experiences; my first childcare experience began with a girl called Panumas. She aged 6 months old by the time I babysat her. I’d done things like preparing milk, feeding, bathing, changing diaper, taking care of her general hygiene and well-being. I played with her too. The second experience was when I went on a training at a daycare center where I looked after children aged between 2-5 years old. There, I assisted them with general routines, monitored them to improve their skills such as language skills (both English/Thai), conducted fun and stimulating games and activities to entertain them and make them learn something new. Most importantly, teach them to become good hearted children who are willing to share things with friends and have sympathy for each other. I use communication as a tool to explain children logics and to help them understand the consequences of the their actions. I’d rather encourage them to engage in activities than use of forces. Being firm is crucial and effective but at the same time, babysitter also need flexibility in handling with children in different situations. Other skills I possess are I can drive with a license, I can cook and able to clean. (references can be provided if requested)
