After checked all of emails correspondence between IUTH & Cigisped.
We’ve found that
• No “IT” stated in Shipco’s B/L as Gesino said on 13/9/2559 14:12.
• A confliction instruction between Gesino & Paola. (Please see below)
• Paola never cancel us for termination cargo at NY.
• If Paola gave us wrong instruction, and terminated cargo at NY after IT. Surely, cancellation IT fee US$35.00 must be incurred on your account as Bussarawadee informed you on 9/9/2559 10:56. How is this IUTH’s responsibility to pay? Am I correct?
