section 2 the Employee agrees to work under probation for a period of not more than
199 days from the commencement date March under the regulations and conditions
specified herein during the probation period if the Employee's performance is not satisfactory
or any other reason the company may terminate the employment at any time before the end of
the probation period and the employee shall not reciev any compensation for the employment
termination. but upon completion of the probation period the employee will be placed as an
employee and recieve a note of confirmation from the company in such a case the employee
shall be considered a placed employee
