• Plan and manage recruitment strategy to be in line with company’s manpower
• Operate the recruitment and selection process follow by the company’s policy :
• To be a Head Hunter
• Coordinating with Recruitment Agency
• Searching for applications from any source
• Screening application
• Review job roles and specifications of existing positions to align with business requirement
• Design tools and techniques in identify the best candidates such Knowledge Test, IQ and EQ Test
• Evaluate and analyze the recruitment channel
• Improve recruitment strategy for the efficient recruitment and selection
