Easy to learn is being evaluated using two techniques;
first is by distributing questionnaire checklist on easy to
learn elements (heuristic evaluation). The second technique
is by observing the recorded usage timing (time for tasks
completion) and compare between two levels of slow
learners (low and achievers) to see whether the courseware
is easy to be learnt by all slow learners regardless their
learning abilities and experiences. This technique has been
adopted from [8]. Besides, assistances prompted by users
while using the courseware were also recorded.
