You have been employed by IPM Samui since 2012.
Over the period of your employment, we have had regular discussions to ensure you are fully aware of the responsibilities of your job.
During the past month we have noticed a continuation to not follow by the company rules as set out in our various procedure charts. Mostly to make decisions and act of your own accord, without the consent of your manager. You have been warned verbally about this on several occasions but the actions of the last month especially have special cause for concern for the company, especially:
1. Failing to hand important documents to your manger causing the company to lose money by not being aware of a time restriction on filing the half year tax return.
2. Changing an important document belonging to the company after the document has been signed by the director. VAT return for March and April.
3. Failing to follow procedure when ordering of goods for the company, by not obtaining authorizing signature from the superior staff responsible for the job before sending the order to the supplier.
Your behavior in handling these issues is unacceptable considering you have been told about this kind of behavior on several occasions already.
Therefore, this letter is a first written warning with regard to your employment with IPM Samui. Should you fail to acting in this way and/or similar incidents occur, then your employment with IPM Samui may be terminated.
We remind you that either party (yourself or IPM Samui) can terminate your employment with one month’s notice.
Signed
