After attend the training for a part of or the whole training program (see No.1), your resignation or
whatever you need to stop the employment contract or company terminates your employment
contract under section 119 of Labor Protection Law B.E. 2541 since the date after returning from
the each training shall be liable to pay the Company agreed liquidated damages being a sum
equivalent 1.5 times of Total Expenses. If the Employee has served part of the period, the
amount of liquidated damages shall be calculated on a proportionate basis. If Employee serves
the company longer than 90% of the period of contract and notice the company for resignation at
least 45 days in advance before effective date, the fine will be accepted)
Any payment which the Employee is liable to pay to the Company under this Agreement
shall be paid within 30 days from the date of written notice by the Company to the Employee
demanding payment. The delay payment occurred will be plus interest 15% per year.
It is responsibility of employee to attend all courses as required. If employee cannot attend any
part of program caused of personally reasons, or terminate program, employee agrees to pay all
expenses occurred per actual.
