Thierry, 16. 'There are a lot of problems with transport in Paris because of traffic jams and strikes so people try to get around by themselves they walk, they cycle, or they rollerblade like me. The government encourage this because they want people to drive less. We have a lot of cycle lanes and there are special bicycles you can borrow to cycle around the city they're called 'Velib'. When you reach your destination, you just get off and leave them! And Parisians are crazy about rollerblading, we have special rollerblade rides every Friday night and thousands of people skate around the city. We even have police officers on rollerblades!
