I have summarized the actions to do and support need from your peer.
Topic
1. Daily internal meeting among Mgr, Spvr and TL – This action is start by now at Spvr room. no matter about what is the topic and everybody can lead depend on your support need.
2. Focus group interview 1:9 for all Leads (Both Ground and Terminal) – N Kai, K Ake and K Lek need to conduct one on one with your subordinate, at least one time per month per each.
3. Job balancing among 4 Spvrs – please take balancing among you.
4. Fix Courier problem – No repacked, No sort LD and no MPS on route, K LEK will send report non-compliance to you in a daily basis and ask your action during the meeting item 1 while the analyzing he will let you know after that.
5. IDP setting – I’m on processing.
6. Q2 Project initiative – see attached file.
7. Job Rotation Plan – it is approved from Ops head and HR already while TAA will be some changed so that I will update all of you ASAP.
Support needs:

1. Arrange 3 color bin and group for INB sorting at night.
2. Supporting unloading INB shipment in B cycle on Mon - Sat
3. Arrange customs receipt and invoice return query.
4. Missort or adhoc running by OPS Agent
5. Poster shipment repacked and non repacked

1. Follow up export entry on Mon - Sat
From QCC
1. Alert and update LD shipment earlier than current at least 30 min in advance.
