In this paper examines the effect of concrete mixture after added 3-10 percent of weight of concrete mixture by EVA waste. From the study found that density of LWC tended to decrease when add more EVA waste which is affect to the weight of concrete mixture is decrease. The result of concrete mixture also support to conductivity of thermal which is depends on the density of LWC. In addition, the amount of EVA waste affect to porosity to water absorption, sorptivity and chemical resistance of concrete which are reduced. And the result of adding of EVA waste will increase resistance to sulfuric acid. All mixtures can classified as structure lightweight concrete and masonry concrete; following ASTM standard. It can be seen that the EVA waste is important to determine the weight of LWC. In summary, this method is a good alternative to add value to the waste that help prevention of the environmental pollution from disposal of plastic waste.
