Responsibilities:
Handle Tender / Project Management
Lead train and guide executives on Tender and Project Management
Develop and Implement process improvement
Support operations team for new customer's implementation / migration
Handle preparation and completion of RFQ, tender documents according to customer's requirements
Plan, co-ordinate, execute and implement product and service related projects
Plan and define project tasks and resource management
Monitor and review expiring contracts for renewal
Assist in troubleshooting and problem solving on operational issues
Manage projects to determine how operation should be set up, contribute to process improvement through life-cycle of the project
