Remote & Proximity Banking Development Manager
Lead country digital banking projects, gather business requirements from Product Managers. Ensure projects delivery as schedule.
Prepare budget plan, marketing campaigns and financial perspective for digital department
Develop innovative strategies on channels with optimised security, based on customer deciles insights, to support growth in Footings, Revenue and EP
Work collaboratively with other business functions to enhance business opportunities through cross-sell and to resolve cross-functional operations and service issues.
Identify and develop new channels, technology or business growth opportunities with strategic alliances to support business growth and in increasing customers' stickiness to Bank. Oversee alliances with external associations and partners on channels.
Optimise channel utilisation and cost efficiency
Manage venders and partners
Work with Service Quality and other stakeholders to focus on quality in delivery and turnaround time for end-to-end BAU processes, process of new products and systems launch and enhancement.
Manage channel effectiveness e.g. system downtime and ensure robust channel security controls are in place to prevent breaches, frauds & losses.
Ensure strict compliance with all regulations and controls asset by the Bank and external regulatory authorities by all staff
Responsible for achieving and maintaining satisfactory audit rating
