According to the WHO, as regards health risks, inhaled nickel compounds are carinogenic to humans and metallic nickel is poosibly carcinogenic [30]. The range of nickel concentrations in analyzed spice sample was 0.44-4.27 ug kg-1. We obtained the highest content of nickel in sample 10, which contained AM-2201. The mean nickel concentration was 1.78 ug kg-1
