- Responsible for acting as a liaison between users and vendors.
- Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, and all cashback related queries.
Primary responsibilities
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
- Maintain good communication with our partners and vendors online and offline.
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
- Advise on company information.
- Act as the company gatekeeper.
- Inform customer of deals and promotions.
- Utilize computer technology to handle customer requests
- Work with Management team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
