I would update you about the working status of ODBC call failed problem in DMS, and plan of it.
As checks on today with BKK users, E&D and Vendor after me and K. Supavuth did help together for Appling a new ODBC setting on DOCCON BKK PC/Laptop computer on last Friday.
It has had no any incident reported to IT Support about this incident so far.
We will observe this incident for one more week, and the outcome goes well, IT teams have plan to apply the new ODBC setting at @LCB site in next week later, krub.
