It has been a new trend in modern management for managers to inspire the potential of employees through seeking common ground of management and ethics. Modern enterprise management practice has proved that the harmonious management grasps the unique perspective of human nature, plays a special feature in the process of business management and together with the technical management jointly governs dynamic variation and increases or decreases in economic benefits. In addition to the ethical significance of harmonious management as its ultimate purpose, the process itself is also increasingly infiltrated ethical factors. The author argues the establishment of harmonious management of enterprise operational mechanism should be focused on target, credit, restraint, motivation and communication of daily management.
