Office Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Office Manager is the primary contact person for all office related matters for the purpose of ensuring the office operation runs smoothly.
The role is vital and requires an understanding of, and commitment to, all related tasks; from very small tasks to large projects.
Manage finance department and report P&L to Singapore HQ
Reports to local country manager & Singapore HQ
Supervises All Office Matters and manage all support personnel
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create & enforce Company Policies and Procedures to ensure policies are followed by all staff
Support Executive & Sales Team on day-to-day business operations such as meetings, scheduling, filing, flights, transportation and accommodation arrangements.
Handles all office expenses & liaison with all vendors
Contact point with immigration for visa related matters.
Coordination with suppliers, hotels and partners on various matters, such as but not limited to purchase orders, quotation requests, bill payments, market research, etc.
Human Resource Management of staff contracts, start dates, staff personal details (contact details, file management of visa, Thai IDs, bank accounts, etc)
Recruitment and management of candidates for available positions at the head office or one of the resorts.
Coordination with recruitment agencies (online and other).
Contact point with insurance companies (health and social insurance).
Creation of Purchase Reports and Expense Reports as per Company Policy.
Understanding of various departments in Company and assistance with other projects as requested.
Qualification :
Female with Thai nationality
Bachelor degree in any field
Age 35 & above
At least 5 years of experience in Administrative/Office Management
Possess Finance & Accounting background is a big plus but not a must
Work experience with foreign company a big plus
Fluent in written and spoken English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work independently as well as in a team
Able to do multi-tasks and mature
