Although whole body protein content did not vary among dietary
treatments, FM replacement significantly affected carcass moisture,
lipid, and ash content (Table 5). Moisture was significantly lower in
fish fed the FM100 diet than in the FM40 treatment, whereas lipid content was the highest in fish fed the FM100 diet. High lipid content was
