To liaise with HR Manager to ensure payroll 100% accuracy and on time
- To manage payroll system in compliance with the local statutory requirements, overtime payment, shift allowance, and overall compensation & benefits administration.
- To administer provident fund, group life, accident & health insurance and social security fund for all employees.
- To handle performance appraisal for employees on probation.
- To prepare monthly headcount and payroll report distributed to the related parties.
- To maintain regular contacts with relevant local authorities and ensure a comprehensive knowledge of current labor regulations.
