A Funding Team is created by the Support Team of which the Local Project Manager will be an active part. He / she has to create the perfect presentation and pitch the project to potential Investors. The second Funding Team Member is an independent Project Supervisor who monitors the tasks to be performed by the Funding Team, and researches for possible Grants and Guarantees a project might qualify for. The third Member of the Funding Team is the Funding Officer who will work with Non-Group-Member Investors, negotiates Guarantees for the project and negotiates possible funding based on guarantees that can possibly be availed for a project. The Funding Team Members are compensated by the Support Team for actual costs that occur.
