In this case, music downloading has increased tremendously and created a controversy regarding its legality. The existence of a various website that are both legal and illegal that individuals can use to download music leads to difficulty of determining which should be used to download the music. Some websites charge monthly while others charge the consumer pay per song while others advertise on free downloads and falsely argue downloading music is legal. Musicians feel they need to earn on the music downloads, but a logic mechanism has not been adopted to accomplish this objective.
