the conjuntivae are injured as previously described. the sclerae are congested and anicteric. the nose, ears, and mouth are unremarkable. the native teeth are in fair repair. there is hemorrhage of the tongue as previously described. the neck is without deformity or palpable masses. the anterior torso and back are symmetric and without deformity. the abdomen is not distended. there is scaly brown tan skin on both lower legs. the extremities are otherwise systemetric and without deformity. the external genitalia are circumcised with descended testes. the anorectal and perineum are unremarkable
