This thesis is about warehouse layout improvement in Yamato Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Warehouse no standard is used to store raw materials so it is very difficult and takes long time to locate required materials. In addition, forklift path doesn’t exist causing inappropriate working. So the main problem is that the time is wasted to find raw material. According to the problem analysis, the main cause is that the warehouse doesn’t identify storage area. Therefore, a new warehouse layout is improved by using ABC Analysis and Fastest Turning Closest to The Door rule. These methods are used to specify raw material storage area separately, clearly, appropriately and more raw materials storage efficiency. As a result from warehouse layout improvement, working time is reduced, motion distance is also reduced, and storage volume is increased
