Job Descriptions and Responsibilities :
- Generally oversee all decision-making related to the accounting and financial functions for the group on a day-to-day basis.
- Overseeing preparation of all subsidiaries and associated company consolidated financial accounts and effectively establishes and implements an integrated accounting and reporting system for the company.
- Overseeing annual, semi-annual and special project budgeting process.
- Establishing and enforcing credit policies and collection procedures for each subsidiary/division and actively participate in working capital management decisions.
Ensuring compliance with local Thai statutory requirements.
Preparing monthly financial reports and analyzing each subsidiary/associated company and present these to the board of directors.
- Participating actively in capital budgeting for the company's projects and ensuring effective financial analysis of operational decisions and procedures.
