As we have learned from doing this report, we have found that there is a drastic difference
between working as students and as a real life employee. For students working as a group, even
though majority of the group members do not participate, few people still able to manage all the
works. On the other hand, working as a real life employee, there are many more integrated tasks
to be done. Therefore, it is impossible for individual employee to complete the task due to the
massive amount of workload.
Furthermore, all of us have realized the importance of teamwork. Every department of the
company is equally important. If one fells, it may lead to the delay in working process, which
will eventually affect the whole process of the company. Apart from internal corporation, the
company also has to satisfy customers. The higher increase in customer satisfaction, the more
profits the company can generate.
