• Tends to take knee jerk decisions or cut corners without consulting others
• Often unaware of business priorities or schedules and does not adjust work activities accordingly
• Routinely works in a silo following his/her own agenda
“3” (exceeded expectations) can look like:
• Always considers the bigger picture and takes a cross functional approach in defining the best solution
• Seizes the initiative and when working with others, assumes ownership to drive for the solution
• Always able to engage with others and provides clarity and focus even when under pressure
