It should be a web-based system, which is consists of two roles of users.
1. Guest or visitor
Guest or visitor refers to whom who access to the system, without loging-in to the system. They can access to the
following service
1.1 Search for dormitory
1.2 Look for detail of a dormitory including the availability of the dormitory
1.3 Register to use the system
2. Member
Member refers to users who access to the system with login-in.
2.1 Search for dormitory
2.2 Look for detail of a dormitory including the availability of the dormitory
2.3 Can book or reserve the dormitory
3. Staff
Staff refers to people who access to the system with administrative right; they have different roles from other
members.
3.1 Add new dormitory
3.2 Update information of a dormitory including the availability of the dormitory
3.3 Remove or block a dormitory
3.4 User management
