(0.5–25 Pa at 1Hz 25 1C) on the final oil body cream
preparation (68% lipid, 5% protein, 27% moisture) at
pH 7 are plotted in Fig. 2a as the elastic modulus, G0, the
viscous modulus, G00, and the phase angle, d. The results
are characteristic for a viscoelastic material. The LVE
domain (G0, G00 constant) extends to around 10 Pa
corresponding to a measured strain amplitude of 0.04.
The approximate values of G0 and G00 in the LVE domain
were 240 and 110 Pa, respectively.
