Based on the brake light rule, a new model is proposed in this paper. In the new model, there are two differences in rules compared with the Tian model: (1) we modified the “very well driving conditions” in the Tian model and improved the acceleration rules; (2) to avoid the phenomenon of over-deceleration, the randomization probability and the deceleration extent are determined according to the results of the step of deterministic deceleration.
