For each point of the sensory space, the amount (in percentage)
of ellipses covering that area is computed. In other words, for each
point of the space, the proportion of consumers having an ideal in
each area of the space is measured (Fig. 4).
In order to facilitate the interpretation of the results, a color
code is associated to each zone of the space: the larger the proportion of consumers in an area of the space, the lighter the color.
