A man has been charged after an alleged racially-motivated crime at an Indian restaurant in Powys.
It happened at around 23:00 BST on 1 September at Hay-on-Wye's Red Indigo.
A 31-year-old man from Hay-on Wye faces a number of charges, including committing a racially aggravated offence, resisting arrest, and assaulting a police officer.
On Saturday, he was remanded in custody at Brecon Magistrates' Court and will next appear on Thursday.
A 39-year-old man from Talgarth was also arrested for criminal damage and has been released on police bail pending further inquiries.
Police urged any witnesses to get in touch with information.
