And if everyone is thinking, who will bear the cost, this is the VENUE part so have the budget for Venue – with the logic. Please consider this along with Visitors Facilities that K Pat will already be doing. Plus on top of this, even Ambulance/Nurse of more than 1,000 pax. IF there is less than 1,000pax, but many events, Costs will be recorded as VENUE (and how ever F&A suggest to do cost allocation/budgeting). If there’s any other functions/services that you can already foresee this, please let me know.
And yes K Pat, this will be part of the Operating Expenses, you will have the authorisation under your scope, CS will also have the authorisation under your scope.
