3. Within 25 days  after PARTY {2 }AS RECEIVER receives MT760 and confirmed will send the face value of the instrument or the sender will send swift cancellation of the MT760.

 

Note: 1. Sender can cancelle the swift MT760 if the receiver not pay the face value within 25 days , This part will including inside the swift draft.
 


5. Upon received of MT760 Swift bank to bank party 2 pays party 1 {Provider} fee 250,000.00$ ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY THOUSAND US DOLLAR ONLY not later than two (2) banking days after SBLC/MT-760 Swift has been verified by PARTY (2) receiving bank, to provider trustee account, SBLC/MT-760 hard copy which will be delivered via Bank Bonded Courier service within 3-7 calendar days upon receipt of INSTRUMENT fee.
