I can find return policy page myself, but there's no answer to my particular question. WHAT I WANT TO KNOW IS THIS: I used the backpack, and backpack ripped- because of faulty stitching/thread. The box it came from the seller was just a brown cardboard box, and I disposed of it. I still have the tag from the backpack, but since I used the backpack, it's not attached to the backpack. MY QUESTION IS: DOES IT QUALIFY FOR RETURN? I'm not satisfied as a customer, if you want to know that.
