Photo dissociation dynamics in presence of polar medium is very interesting as it can mimic the real experimental situation. The Coulombic interaction between the polar solute and polar or polarisable solvents leads to change the potential energy surface of the system by modification of the solute electronic structure and thereby the potential energy surface. Characterisation of the intramolecular potential energy surface is one of the major goals of vibrational spectroscopy. A single driven Morse oscillator has been studied earlier [17] and [18] and there are basic theoretical interest in coupled Morse oscillator [19]. In quantum mechanical study of triatomic molecule, HCN [20], [21] and [22] it was shown that properly chosen chirped pulses are effective for excitation and dissociation of the weaker C–H bond. The first necessity of such theoretical approach is to generate a suitable coupled Morse oscillator for the particular system.
