Responsibilities :
To accurate and timely monitor and control the implementation of all related HR and Administration HR activities effective and efficiently with proper and complete record/filing for future reference, in compliance to relevant laws
To handle and coordinate related HR and Administration tasks and documentation between warehouses/site offices and Bangkok office and private & government sectors.
To collect, verify and file completed HR related document for future reference.
Monitor and timely notify for staff insurance
Arrange staff medical checkup annually
To support expatriate management and staff by giving accurate consultant on HR related issues, to eliminate disputes.
Issue memo on any changes on HR & Adm related for future reference
Any other as assigned by General Manager on HR & Adm related
Requirement:
Good command of English speaking and written and have own vehicle
Male/Female age over 30 years old.
Bachelor Degree in any related field and thorough knowledge on HR related laws & requirements
Have good knowledge of Microsoft excel.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar function and environment.
Having residence in Chonburi and will be based in Amatanakorn Office.
Able to travel to Bangkok offices and warehouses (e.g.Bang Pa In, Rayong and etc)
