Review and develop Individual Development Plan base on annual performance appraisals
Arrangement and organize orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires
Review and Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing for improvement
Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the Effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, Meetings, conferences, and workshops
Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing
Prepare training budget for department or organization
Provide for both in-house and outside training.
Support and coordinate line manager to ensure the Skill Control Chart for Production and Maintain and develop Human Resources Development System such as Training & Development, Career Path and organization Development.
Maintain and develop Performance Management System, Talent Management System and Succession Planning System regarding Company's system.
