General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
To be in charge of compensation and benefit scheme, monthly payroll for all employees.
To be in charge of all HR reports and data analysis.
Provide Finance & Accounting Department with HR related data to facilitate statistical reports to authorities.
To maintain regular personnel management, like contract, HR forms and patterns and having the knowledge to maintain the process.
To ensure the accuracy of HR info in system.
Candidate Requirement:
Chinese Mandarin and English as working language
Bachelor or above degree
Thai Nationality
At least 1 yr experience preferred or fresh graduator in Chinese Major.
Accurate, good confidential keeper, well organized, team work and good communication skill
Service mind, Open minded, good interpersonal, high responsibilities characteristic.
Able to work under pressure
