The second round focused on analysis of the group’s annotated drawings post-intervention,
particularly on the special features of simulation-related representations
which had emerged in the data and which formed the initial categories. There was
a high level of consistency between the codings of researchers which were compared
and discussed until agreement was reached. Later, combinations of these categories
were formed in order to provide an insight into the pupils’ constructs and models.
