Aptitude Test
Aptitude tests are designed to determine whether a candidate has an interest in certain tasks and whether they like or dislike a variety of situations and activities. Creating or tailoring tests to a company's specific requirements is also recommended. It is possible that top performers selling different product lines within the same company may have different critical success skills. Responses can be compared with those of successful people in a certain type of sale position to determine whether the candidate will be successful in the position.
