In Sudan we have started a programme for Ethiopian migrants and urban (no camp based) Eritrean refugees who are highly vulnerable to trafficking and have poor access to services.
This is the start of what I hope could develop into a much stronger cross border South-South initiative since it is linked to work done by IOM/UNCHR/UNFPA in origin areas in Ethiopia. And what we are finding here is our assessments can be of great use to the anti-trafficking campaigns in Ethiopia, for instance.
