I appreciate your effort in reaching out to us regarding your concern about your In-App purchases. I know it is important to enjoy the items that we have purchased. By the way, my name is Joe, your iTunes Store advisor.
First, since you are not satisfied with their, what I did was, I have refunded the charge for you. Within ten business days a credit of 29.98 USD should be posted to the credit card that appears on the receipt for that purchase.
I know it is important to enjoy the items that we have purchased, so I also highly suggest as well that whenever you’re having issue with any App, I advise that you use the "Ratings and Review" page on the app description page to let them know of the problem. This will be fully visible to other customers and will ensure that the developer deal with it to avoid any other negative reviews.
