But in addition to the lack of new voices, how can audiences honestly expect a continued sense of quality out of the producers with multiple shows happening at once? Is it fair for Howard Gordon to have to take on five different television series at the same time? Is it fair for Carlton Cuse to keep jumping between three different series at once? Is it fair for networks to always be looking to Chuck Lorre for the next hit sitcom? That, if anything, sounds like an unwinnable battle for those producers.
