 Luggage should be left in the luggage room in the reception, only a bag with essentials are recommended to bring to igloos
 Small glass igloos with 2 single beds, each of them has a small toilet and a basin inside, while our large glass igloos with 4
single beds, including a shower, a toilet and a basin inside. We have facilities for showers and saunas located in another
building within walking distance, guests can enjoy the evening sauna from 17:00 to 22:00 while shower is operating 24
hours a day. There are towels, bathing gel, shampoo and hair dryer available in the changing rooms
 All beds in glass igloos are single beds, there are sockets inside each igloo, please bring along any adaptor if needed
GENERAL INFORMATION
 Only group reservation with minimum 10 guests is accepted in May, individual reservation starts from June onwards
 For groups, there will be 1 free bed for every 16 confirmed guests, 2 free beds for 32 confirmed guests. Maximum 2 free
beds for each group
 Daily cleaning of room is not included except for Queen Suites. It could be arranged at €13 per person per day
 Luggage handling service at €10 per person per way, please reserve in advance
 The closest airport is the Ivalo Airport which is 35km away, about 30 minutes’ drive from Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort.
Transfer service can be arranged at €26 per person per way, half price for children under 12. Please book in advance with
flight schedule
 All activities must be reserved through the hotel, only chartered suppliers are allowed to pick up guests from our hotel
 We currently accept Visa, Master, Diners and American Express
 Service fee of €20 is applied to each transaction we assist. You can also pay by link payment or to our account
 Payment needs to be settled 30 days prior to arrival and it is non-refundable, rooms will be released if no payment is made
 Please note that we are currently creating new exciting facilities for our guests. During the Summer/Autumn 2016 season
there is some construction work taking place in the West Village. Thus, until mid-September we suggest our clients to have
their Kakslauttanen unique arctic experience in our charming and cosy East Village. Should you still consider to stay in the
large Glass igloos or Kelo-glass igloos in our West Village, please note that breakfast will be served in East Village main
restaurant and transfer will be provided free of charge.
