Six lots of biscuits (30 per lot, 6 biscuits for each storage time) were prepared:
i) control biscuits – without any antioxidant, designated
by C; ii) two lots of biscuits with fennel extract (80 mg and
800 mg, designated by Fen and Fen10, respectively); iii) two lots
of biscuits with chamomile extract (80 mg and 800 mg, designated
by Cham and Cham10, respectively); iv) biscuits with synthetic
additive, BHA (80 mg).
