1. User can upload file using two option
option 1. Specify File Path (Browse file)
option 2. Read From Configured Directory (Use configured path from setup) Example: File path is C:Collection Telephone number
2. Upon processing, system will validate the telephone number records as follow:
- If contract number is not matched in CMS then system will not process the record.
- If file format of the uploaded file is not match mandatory field then system will not process the file. System will log the record in error log file. This file will be available on configured path.
3. After completion of uploading process, system will move the processed file(s) from configured path to “Write” folder. This will be sub-folder under configured path.
If added to the telephone system, and then a specific error. Users will only need to fix the error number.
• Error log will be available in “Error” directory, and will use the same path of collection telephone number File Path.
After users upload interface file CMS should update Telephone number of particular contract number.
