Highlights
•Organic cultivation displayed higher content of tocopherols than conventional cultivation.
•Major tocopherol in passion fruit was γ-tocopherols.
•Carotenoids in passion fruit from conventional cultivation doubled the levels detected in fruits from organic cultivation.
•β-criptoxanthin was the main carotenoid found in both fruits.
•Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) content was higher in fruits from organic cultivation.
