Retail Merchandising Standard Manager is responsible for ensuring that products appear in the right store, at the appropriate time, in the correct quantities and display regarding to company’s visual merchandising standard. This involves working closely with the product segment teams to accurately forecast trends, plan stock levels and monitor performance.
Principal Accountabilities :
Develop & maintain company’s retail merchandising standard
Develop & maintain category plan such as store profile analysis, set product category (device range) matching with store profile
Analysis of product (device) assortment of store to develop guideline for product assortment
Develop & maintain visual merchandising standard for all retail medias & displays to reflect company direction
Set guidelines for managing display and space aligning with product categories and store profiles
Evaluate sales performance based on different merchandising standard
Work with Branded Retail Communication team to communicate merchandising standard
Work with Regional Marketing to educate store managers to understand merchandising standard
Work with Regional Business to ensure that merchandising standard is implemented
Monitor merchandising performance and collect secondary data to support merchandising standard revision
Promoter (PC) standard: responsible for developing standard and policy and high-level scheduling for all outsources@ branded retail stores and coordinate with Regional Business for execution at the shop floor
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management or related fields
Minimum 10 years’ experience in retail merchandise management or relate fields is preferable.
Analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking competencies to analyze business environment and define opportunities and approaches for optimizing the customer journey in retail and service environment
Ability to work in independently and in a collaborative team environment interacting with all levels in the organization, manage projects and prioritize multiple tasks and consistently meet commitments
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and presentation skills a must (for external and internal audiences)
Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation and presentation skills in Thai and English
Fast learner and flexible to any change.
