The master records were deactivated, but service are still active, so check:
"1. If the user is no longer in Solvay and the account should no longer be in use:
a. Disable the EUA AD account, and
b. Remove the other services. (i.e. complete the depature process)"
2. If the user has undergone HR conversion from permanent to contracted externally, create a 99 record and ask for services transfer to gudsis.operations@solvay.com
3. If the user was an external, and the master record was disabled incorrectly, please reactive it.
