As a Director Business Resources, my main assignment for this month is to make cash flow of the company to break-even so far I cannot make result as assigned and agreed. My performance is not satisfactory to company.
So I do not accept the salary of December 2015. At least this will help the company to save cost for this month. It is my intention to do and it is not company’s penalty to me.
To follow company’s policy and what I signed a side letter to notice 3 months in advance to terminate the employment agreement so my last working day is 31 March 2016. If it need more time to find my replacement, we can discuss.
During my 3 months notice, I can accept to get salary same as the first month that I joined here in year 2010 that is 75,000 THB. It is fair enough for me and company that I should get what I can do for the company.
